CONCEPT OF THE RESTAURANT:
• Tasting menus for groups
for groups inspired by theatrical figures “The Actor”, “The Dancer”, “The Great Director” and “The Veggie Singer”.
OBJECTIVE:
• For each customer to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience adapted to their preferences.
The main aim of my concept is for every customer to come to the restaurant and be transported back in time: reveal your inner 60s/70s person !
The event, which will take place over a weekend from 22 to 24 November 2024, will feature period music, an exhibition of photos by photographer Jamie Hawkesworth inspired by the 60s and 70s, and a sale of YADLAJAWA ready-to-wear. This brand is inspired by the fashion codes of those years, while offering unique hand-made pieces (using recycled fabrics). The idea is that customers can take home the clothes they have chosen and bring their 60s and 70s personalities to life.
